2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TAG11. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use TAG11 only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for the safe handling of your login credentials. Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Service Description
TAG11 provides a platform to help reunite owners with their lost items through QR code technology and anonymous messaging. We cannot guarantee the recovery of any lost item or the actions of any individual users, including finders or owners.
TAG11 acts only as a communication facilitator and does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the actions or intentions of any users.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us at isupport@tag11.io within 15 days for assistance. Refunds requested after 15 days are not guaranteed.
6. Meetups and Recovery Disclaimer
TAG11 is not responsible for any interactions, communications, or meetings between users. If you choose to meet someone for item recovery, we strongly suggest doing so in a public, safe location. Any meeting is at your own risk, and TAG11 disclaims all liability for incidents arising from user meetups.
7. Payments and Third-Party Services
Payments on TAG11 are securely processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAG11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services. This includes but is not limited to lost or unrecovered items, meetups, or disputes between users.
TAG11 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our Services. You use TAG11 at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, service interruptions, or system failures that may occur during your use of TAG11.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our Services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of TAG11 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAG11, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
